About Sabehia

Sabehia Mohamed is the Director of Sabehia Consulting Limited and has over 30 years’ experience in organisational change, leadership and team development. Her purpose is to help people and organisations unleash their potential to enhance work performance. She passionately believes that people have different strengths which they need to tap into to unlock what makes them truly authentic and effective as human beings. 

She is highly skilled in facilitating groups and helping individuals to bring about behavioural change. Her approach is pragmatic and solution focused, challenging yet supportive as she facilitates deeper awareness of thinking, actions and emotions to help clients resolve their issues.

Sabehia has worked in over 30 countries in the private, public and third sectors. Engaging with people from different cultures in Africa, Europe, the Middle East, South Asia and the Caribbean has heightened Sabehia’s sensitivity to the challenges facing people and organisations under difficult social, political and economic circumstances.

An Executive Fellow of Henley Business School, Sabehia’s qualifications include a Master’s degree in French and German, an Executive MBA in International Business and a Postgraduate Certificate in Education.  She also graduated with a Diploma in Advanced Executive Coaching (ICF accredited), a Postgraduate Diploma in Personnel Management, and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. 

Prior to establishing her own consulting business Sabehia spent eight years as a senior consultant with KPMG and Sheppard Moscow.  She was formerly Head of Human Resources for Berkshire County Council’s Education Department, and Personnel Manager of Aberdeen College, Scotland’s largest further education college.  Sabehia has also worked in the field of diversity and inclusion as Director of Grampian Racial Equality Council.
